I needed to rent a dumpster and have it delivered within 24 hours. Arwood Waste was the only company who was able to provide it. Not only was it a quick response the customer service was impeccable. Thank you for all your help.

Absolutely unprofessional and overall horrible company. I was given a quote and I ordered a dumpster based on that quote and was told it included all costs and fees. Then the day before I needed the dumpster delivered I received an email they would be charging me an extra $200 because of the service area even though they had the address from the very beginning. I will never use Arwood Waste again and will make sure no one I know uses them either.

My experience was awful. The entire team at Arwood Waste would not return phone calls. Took over a week to try and schedule a delivery of a portable restroom and still could not reach anyone for approx. delivery date. After a week and a half of trying to get the restroom to the jobsite. I finally cancelled and had a delivery from another company within 24 hours for 1/2 the price Arwood Waste was going to charge us. I would not recommend this company at all for anything.

This will be my first negative review ever. Unfortunately, my requests for a return call have never happened. In order to book I had to go online, they do not have anyone on the phones only a recording that promises the line is checked often and you will receive a call back. That did not happen in my case. The recording states "for your trouble you will receive a discount of up to $50." That also doesn't happen. My credit card has been charged for the full amount and I have never spoken with anyone.
