Reserving my roll away dumpster was very easy. It did take a little longer for it to show up than I expected, but they were very nice to deal with. The only issue was that they hadn't taken all of my payment information with the reservation so there was some confusion with the final bill. But it was easily straightened out.

I has been with other waste company for over 12 yrs and their cost keeps going up form $80/month to $250/month. I found AW with the cost right up front. I like the sign up process. I hope I could stay with them as long as I can.

Don't bother calling these people. I ordered a dumpster on a Tuesday, was told it would be delivered today. I called to confirm this morning and was told I'd been sent an email saying they couldn't deliver here. I have no email to that affect, but I do have an email RECEIPT for the $797.00 charged to my credit card. So I've lost 3 days vacation waiting on a dumpster that isn't coming. I can't wait to try and unravel the credit card charge.

Arwood waste was very professional with the ordering process. When I didn't receive the receipt via email that same day, I called back the next day and someone other than the person who took my order was very courteous with the situation and it was rectified within minutes.
