The salesman was nice enough, but I asked several times if our location was feasible and to make sure our port-a-potty would be delivered. I was told it was completely doable and it would be delivered without a problem, so I booked with Arwood Waste. Two business days later I receive a cancellation notice due to overbooking. Shouldn't the company have known that when I booked? I asked several times for this reason. I am completely unhappy with the service and will not be booking with this company in the future. It was a complete waste of my time.

If order would've been placed further in advance from the event, we could have provided. Overbook notice stated that we were sold out for the holiday weekend, which the sales person would not have known prior to sending the order to dispatch.

I clearly stated a 1 yr contract in the phone call and order taker agreed and said 1 year.
Email documentation came in with 3 year. I called back and the call center respondent could not locate the documentation on his side. I emailed it to him. He got the email from me and then said the person who was responsible on their side, Justina, did not work there. That is more than enough.
I cancelled the order.
Update.....Believe it or not, it then got worse. A call Supervisor called me to reinstate the order. OK, mistakes happen, I relented. The next day, I get an email that my order is cancelled, because of "overbooking".......they could not serve me due to overbooking their existing dumpsters/pickup trucks. I called the customer rep, and found out it was not overbooking, but they "no longer serve the area". Really....They accepted my order 2 times and then a day later tell me they no longer serve the area. Yep!
I have also received numerous automatic emails from them after the "overbooking email", telling me what to expect re service on site, who to contact, etc.

Poor Business Practices
Poor Business Practices! I reserved a porta-potty May 12, 2017 to be used over the Eclipse weekend. I got a confirmation email from them about my reservation. Then on June 23, 2017 I was sent a text message saying "oops, we overbooked and your reservation is cancelled!" Six weeks after confirming my reservation, they just cancel. It sure feels like they either found someone else to pay more, or had an order for multiple units and all the single reservations got cancelled. Either way, in talking to their sales rep, she told me it was strange because "usually when they overbook, they let the customer know within a day or two." By waiting six weeks to notify me, now all the other companies are sold out, precluding me from getting any unit for that weekend at all! They would not even let me speak with a manager, even though I asked multiple times. I suggest you think hard before employing this company.

We sincerely apologize for this oversight. This is the first time that we had an event domino such as this one did. We are a national company who partners, networks, and teams with many companies across the states. It is literally impossible for us to have an accurate count on inventory, which in the normal course of business, does not effect us at all. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for this, and with the onslaught of orders for this event, there were multiple orders that were double booked, and even triple booked. The companies that we use in these rural ares only have so many units, and they were booking orders at the same time we were. There again, this usually does not effect us in anyway. We just were not prepared for this, as this has never happened in this way to us before. Unfortunately, we had to "Overbook" quite a few orders because of this issue. While we do apologize for the mix up, we hope that you can take some satisfaction in light of the fact that we now have a model to follow on large events like this. We have a process, and if followed, it will alleviate the possibilities of this happening again.
