Hello Barbara, Order placed - Today, 06.29.17 @ 11:33 am (customer placed it online and didn't even select a product) Zendesk support direct from customer stating she was upset to find out we weren't a local company and didn't receive a receipt for charges. We partner with companies across the US who also advertise through us on our websites. We received your order today at 11:33 am and then a support ticket from you at 11:42 am where you asked for a receipt. When you placed the order online, you did not select a service that you wanted performed. Here is what was received by us since the order was not properly submitted - #JUNK65123: ( aj) Barbara Considine - Total: $0.00. The order receipt was emailed to you as soon as the order was placed with this information. No charges for our services are ever processed until AFTER we supply the service. We apologize that these specifics were not clearer to you when submitting your order online. We have cancelled your order and no charges will be made.
