The use of the online reservation…
The use of the online reservation system is easy and convenient. Reaching someone in the office is not as easy. When I was able to connect with an office person I was assured delivery was confirmed 15 minutes later I received an email notifying that delivery would not happen. The person i spoke with seemed very disinterested in my questions and trying to help. Have tried three times now to schedule a delivery; without success. Will now look at other options. It would have been helpful to know if the issue was unavailable equipment or location. I can understand both but share the information!

This company was easy to work with and very responsive. I was initially a little thrown that you have to submit a credit card number without any invoice or contract but the employees took extra time to help me understand their systems.
