I haven't had any actions except for calling and ordering a dumpster. Chris was very helpful. Perhaps after they pick up the dumpster I will have more to say. I do try to use local small companies whenever I can.

Everyone was so very pleasant. Delivered on time and placed unit where I asked. Will never use any other company!! Thank you!

Called to rent a dumpster and the customer service rep didn’t explain anything to me, didn’t ask me any questions besides address and phone number.. she seemed bored and uninterested. I had to pry details from her and as that conversation progressed I was feeling like I’m spending close to $1k to rent this dumpster and no total, she didn’t/couldn’t answer my questions regarding space, the logistics of how they would navigate my driveway. I’m left feeling confused and having a 12 hour window for delivery is absolutely the most ridiculous and rude choice to run business. 12 hours I have to stay home and wonder when this thing will show up. I’m paying you a lot of money and I shouldn’t be left to feel like you are working at YOUR earliest convenience and I’m the one spending my hard earned money.

On April 4, 2018 I made arrangements to have a 30 yard dumpster dropped off on Friday the 6th. I specifically asked the person who I set this up with if there were any additional fees from the quote she gave me. I was assured there were no additional fees. On Thursday the 5th, I received a call from her asking if I got and email saying there would be additional fees. I did not get an email. The added fees were $600.00 more! NOT HAPPY.

The placement of my order was easy and the agent was informative. He listed my options for my event and helps me decide on the best product. Thank you, I will definitely recommend Arwood Waste to my friends and family.

This is a poorly managed operation. I ordered a roll off and it never showed up. On the second day of no call no show, I asked for a driver contact or an eta. Each time I called for info on my runaway dumpster I was put off with “ I can look those details up and call you back. I never received a phone call. Two days I payed workers to load a dumpster that never showed up. Don’t waste your time with this company
