Just ordered unit
Just ordered unit 3-15-18. We haven't been onsite yet. The ordering process was great. 3-16-18 Received a confirmation email that the unit was "NOT" on schedule for delivery, but we must call in for a pickup date. I called to confirm that it "WAS" on schedule and Chris was rude in confirming their mistake. Poor customer service. Let's hope the rest goes well.

No hassle, great customer service
No hassle,by far the cheapest rate in the area for a 20ft dumpster. Literally deliver to my his the morning after I ordered it and would have been delivered the same day if I would have called earlier in the day. Great customer service. I will be using Arwood for my next renovation or clean out for sure.

Bad - Bad!!!! Don't call them
These people will take all your money! They quote you $441 for 3 months and when you give them your credit card - they then days later tell you its now $741 for 3 months. Do not use these people.

Told me they serviced our area
Told me they serviced our area. Took credit card information. Then 4 days later, texted me that they are "Booked" in our area and they would not be providing services and that they didn't charge my card.

So far, great customer service!
Well I have just put in my reservation for a portable restroom, so I can only comment on the wonderful customer service over the phone and by email. I’d be happy to let you all know my final rating after the job and the wedding is over. I am confident that I will be just as happy once the event has come and gone.
