We will NEVER use this company again! I called 4/3/18 to make sure they had plenty of time to deliver a 30 yard dumpster on 4/16/18. I called to make sure the dumpster was going to be delivered on 4/16/18 and they said yes. It is now 4/17/18 and we still do not have a dumpster! This has now cost us a day of work because we do not have a dumpster on the job site. When i called no one could give me an answer as to why the dumpster was never delivered. Then i get an email saying a price increase is the reason it was not delivered. We NEVER got a price increase until just now! This is the worst waste company I have ever dealt with!

One of the major problems I have experienced is not being able to get ahold of a live person on the phone I've been on hold numerous times for over 20 minutes requested the dumpster to be picked up 10 days ago it has still not been picked up spoke to someone yesterday they could not even find that I had rented this dumpster In the meantime the city is citing me

Was not informed of extra $75 pick up fee and over weight fees. Charged additional $277 after we were told the fee was all inclusive. No way to keep customers.....

One of the highest pricing in the industry, but they do deliver 3 days before anyone else. And when you have NO trash bin - that's a BIG deal! Very responsive and helpful. Pleasant staff.

Rip off company. Spent 1000 up front and then made me pay an additional 533 charge for stuff I never put in. Stay clear of these bozos. I wouldn't give them a 1 but could not put in a zero. On top of that they tore up my fathers drive way with large ruts and wouldn't bother to fix that. another 500 dollars for that. Stay clear of this group. with bleed every penny out of you and ask for more.
