So far my experience is wonderful!! Bria I talked to was so good at her job. I felt like her good friend. It was nice that I didn’t have to speak to a robot call. I actually got to talk to a person!! That is awesome!

Great and fast service. Michael N. was quick in responding and taking care of me at the very last moment. I highly recommend this company to anyone. No hassle , clean delivery unit set up and all. Great pick up, on time etc.

very good service

I had a horrible experience with the call center. I called to change my delivery date and they didn’t change it all the way through the system so it showed my original delivery date. Every time I called I got a different person and they told me something different including the supervisors. Examples of the different information I got was how my payment would be would be collected and when, I was not informed about the pick up charge but it was in the contract. The person that delivered the rollaway dumpster was very efficient and timely. When I called to find out if a tarp would be put over the dumpster when it was picked up because I had a lot of bags trash in it I was given conflicting stories. When I originally ordered the dumpster I told them what Needing to do and asked for advice on what size dumpster. The dumpster they recommended was not the appropriate size so I had to find accommodations for the rest of the stuff that was being thrown away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a septic emergency and needed a porta potty ASAP. I called on a Thurs and they said they would deliver the next day. They did not. When we called to ask why, we were told that they can't guarantee a delivery date. BUT this was immediately after they TOLD us they COULD deliver on Friday! WTH?! So we waited until Monday, when they said they would deliver it...again, no delivery. Did I mention this was an emergency!!!!! Come on! So now, I'm literally on hold with the company FOREVER to figure out where my order is. One person tells me that the order was cancelled, another person tells me that it was delivered already, yet another person can't even locate the damn order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE - AWFUL COMPANY. AWFUL.

Your customer service is absolutely horrendous! I called to set up service due to a sewer emergency on 5/31/18 and was guaranteed that I would have a porta pottie delivered on 6/1/18 by end of business. Here it is 6/4/18 and you still have not delivered the unit! Unbelievable!!

They refused to come clean the toilet. Don't use them.

I ordered a portable toilet for the crew constructing my new home. Much to the delight of the crew, it was delivered promptly, the next morning.
