Easiest vendor I had to deal with for a…
Easiest vendor I had to deal with for a wedding. They showed up when they said they would, left an extremely clean unit, and picked up when they said they would. You just can't ask for better than that. Oh, and the delivery guy was funny. Thank you for everything. Definitely will use you should an occasion arise. Also, I'll be recommending your company to friends.

We booked Arwood Waste to provide…
We booked Arwood Waste to provide portable toilets for the guest attending a wedding/reception in Norlina, NC. Overall, it was a great experience working with this company. I was unfamiliar with the companies who provided this service in NC, particularly in the rural area where we were having the event. Booking the portable toilets was easily accomplished on line and I was aware of the price with no extras ahead of time. I compared prices and Arwood offered the best price and service. The team delivered the toilets well in advance of the event and they were clean, fresh smelling and convenient. The venue the couple booked on had one restroom and it was not clean. Arwood was a great alternative and I would certainly use this company again. Thank you to the entire team the event was a great success.

Was able to order during the weekend so our company can continue operate. I called multiple places to get a Porta potty on Saturaday for Monday. This was the ONLY company that could help us. Thanks again.

I was given a quote on Oct
I was given a quote on Oct. 2nd and again on Oct 23rd.of $192.97. Now, I get notice of a price increase on Oct. 26th when my unit was to be delivered on Oct. 29th. The price increase was $300.00 bringing my total to $492.97. The increase they say is due to fuel, service and mileage. I was only using it for 2 weeks for my hunting crew of 3 men and they would be in the woods most of the time, so very little usage. I specifically asked Hannah on Oct. 2nd if there would be any additional cost due to delivery or distance and I was told no. Bekah told me the same thing on the 23rd. and then called with a price increase on the 26th. There was no willingness on her part to honor the original agreement and she had already received payment from my debit card on the 23rd. The drop site is only 20 miles from Gunnison so how can a $300.00 price increase even be fair business. Major dissatisfaction. Major rip off. 1 Star is too many as far as I am concerned. Hello Patricia, I am sorry we could not honor our original price, we notified you as soon as possible. We did not run the debit card given the price increase so you should not have seen any charges on your account. please do let me know if you see otherwise. I am glad you were able to find another service provider, I hope you had a successful trip. Thank You, Sean
