Great experience beginning to end!
I was able to reserve and pay for what I needed online without any issues. It was also a very reasonable cost. I called in to give a more exact location for the porta potty placement and Nikki was so helpful and had the unit delivered that day. Would highly recommend them!

I was quoted a price and time for…
I was quoted a price and time for delivery for a porta potty. Then I was charged that amount. A few hours later I got an email stating that the price went up $76. Out of desperation for the unit I said ok. Then they called my wife and said it would be several days later before they could deliver it. I then cancelled the order and ordered it from another company. I’ve since received three emails confirming my delivery and haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone to confirm it’s been cancelled. So frustrating.

hello, My name is Michael, and I'm one of the managers here. I do apologize for any issues that you had on behalf of Arwood Waste. Yours was an atypical experience, as we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. There is no excuse for what happened, however, we're only human, and unfortunately accidents do happen. If you're willing to give us another chance to make this right, I would be happy to offer you a discount on a future rental. We would hate to lose you as a customer. Please feel free to get back to me, directly, with any questions you might have ([email protected]). Thank you, and have a wonderful rest of your day.

Called today to change to Atwood
Called today to change to Atwood. It was a quick, easy and friendly interraction with Toni. She was clear, answered all my questions and told me exactly when my new box would arrive and service would begin. I already know I will be saving considerably with my new commercial waste pick up. I'm very excited.

Very nice experience but...
Toni was very helpful and understanding. The only problem arose when I tried to direct her to our location. It took quite a while on Google Earth to guide her to our location so that the delivery person could find the location to deliver the unit. It seems to me that with a company that deals with customers on a national basis that there must be a better way to pinpoint a location then by walking them through a Google Earth map. Granted, we live in one of the only counties in the country that does not have 911 addressing but really....
