We had to call to get our toilet serviced. in the contract they were suppose to be serviced every week, during a four week rental they were out to service twice, and then recommended that we need more units. toilet were schedule to be picked up at the end of our four week rental, they were not, and I was invoiced the again the day after for another month. I called three day in advance to make sure they would be picked up and the service was done, had to leave a message, I then sent two more emails requesting the same and no response. called again two weeks later and left a message. I received a call back from some one who proceeded to tell me that I would be charged for the extra days. Totally unaccepted to do business in this manner. I will not call in the future no recommend to anyone.

Terrible. I ordered a potty for my wedding 4 months in advance and spoke to them on the phone multiple times and my ports potty just never showed up and they never took money out of my account and no one could be reached when my wedding day came and I had no potty. NEVER USE THESE GUYS SUCH SCAMS

I looked up this company through Goggle and gave them a call and the lady that helped me was fantastic. She was pleasant, informative and answered all my questions. This is a remodeling project and needed an onsite convenience for the workers and it will be delivered on Monday Nov. 12 and a confirmation was sent to me and all is good with the world. Thank you,

Spent about 20 minutes on the phone just to rider the dumpster and explain over and over again the location. But yet, I still get a call from the delivery guy this morning asking for the unit number.

Not very good at all I reserve a dumpster I expressed the date needed and you set up my appointment trade my payment then send me an email saying the soonest u can drop off the dumpster is Monday or Tuesday of next week we work during the week I expressed our needs obviously you don’t listen to your customer needs very well.
