The billing process was a complete train wreck. Had to call multiple times due to duplicate charges and strange amounts for fractions of months. When billing would occur did not align with what customer service indicated. The service to the physical toilet was good, but due to the billing issues, I will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.

Terrible service! I have tried 5 times to get a copy of my receipt for a reimbursement and every time they have sent the incorrect one. I just spoke with Danielle in the billing department and she was extremely rude, making me feel like it is my fault. I will never use nor recommend this company.
