Worst experience ever. Mixed information about which unit we could get, made reservation and gave credit card and were told it would definitely arrive by Thursday. I got a voicemail at 4:45pm on Wednesday saying "sorry, we don't service your area". Seriously?!?!?!?!? No one could figure that out before? I sent in a quote request online. Emailed several times, had at least 3-4 phone conversations and gave my cc. Then, when it was too late to even contact other companies I find out we won't have a unit delivered when we were told we would????!!!!! Talk about bad service. I would never ever recommend your service.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Don’t waste your time.... I placed an order, received my confirmation number and never showed up... they told me around 7am-7pm will come, I’ve waited and never showed up... called 3 times and the ladies in customer service were rude and impolite! They told me that my delivery was on schedule and that I have to wait until 7... 7:30 called and they told me couldn’t find my order and they don’t talk to drivers... last call at 8:30 and i’ve Just received a SORRY!

ONLINE ORDER PLACEMENT WAS EASY AND HASSEL FREE

Seems like a good waste managment service. I never got to use them because it turned out they didn't service my area. My suggestion for them in the future would be to find a way to tell customers upfront whether a particular area is serviced. I signed up, thought I had got everything for our garbage pick up worked out, only to find out more than week later that they didn't actually service my area. They seem like a great company, so it seems like they could probably find a way to make this happen.
