Prompt service and responsive to inquiries. Would use Arwood Waste again.

No one return my calls. The one star is due to no call back from Bekah and I called the next day, I explained the no call to Kellie, Kellie explained that my request for a NAVAL site is to be handled in a different department and she forward my message. No one followed up and I had to call again and I finally was assisted and they were very pleasant and assisted our needs.

Quick and Easy service

**update** the company didn’t end up having any units available after all of it. Their system “showed available units” though there weren’t any. Had to find a replacement on very short notice. I had to call to make sure I wasn’t charged. Bummed. *update* I worked with Bekah initially, but wasn't able to c reach her with the 3 calls I made to Arwood Waste. No biggie, as I get that it happens in Sales occasionally. I ended up speaking with a gentleman, whose name I didn't catch but he was very friendly who informed me to call back a little bit later for my specific request. I then dealt with Kristie, who was an actual gem! Super sweet and helpful with placing my order. She made it really easy, and answered all of my questions while taking care of my order in a timely manner. Thanks to all I spoke with, and to Kristie for completing my order! :-)

Arwood is a great company to work with. Very detail oriented, fast, and professional. Arwood is definitely a please for this vendor.
