Their staff have been more than helpful and their attention to detail was impeccable. I ordered a 20 yard dumpster and shredding services. The dumpster came the next day! Fair pricing, no hassle and great people. Don't trust your trash services with anyone else.

Portable restroom was clean and worked well for our event. It was delivered in the timeframe quoted however at the latter end of the 12 hour timeframe. Would use again if needed.

False Promise I was incredibly clear that I needed a dumpster today. I was told that guarantee would cost an extra $75. I was good with that. Gave all credit card information. Two hours later (lost time) I get a call from someone telling me they can deliver the dumpster three days from now. Irritated! Then the bearer of bad news was quick to let me know that she doesn’t work in the sales department.

I ordered a flushable potty with a sink, but somehow order went through as a non flushable potty. Company unwilling to attempt to satisfy customer, blaming customer for ordering wrong. Don’t use Arwood site to order your potty.

The amount of email you receive is ridiculous. We received no less then 16 emails for 1 unit to be delivered. they were invoices that looked like they needed to be paid, but we gave them a credit card to process. Duplicate invoices, reminders, and then just repeats of the same thing over and over again. They got the address wrong. And then the last email we got was a payment receipt for the cc processing but it doesn't show what the delivery was so it is difficult to match it up to our system.

Reserving a unit was extremely easy throught this company. I called and talked with Tayler. She was helpful, prompt and courteous. I have been dealing with a few other companies and they were not nearly as easy or prompt. The cost was better through Arwood Waste as well. I am very happy I called.
