Only giving one star because it’s the minimum . There is no way whatsoever anybody should use this fly-by-night scam artist company for a single thing. Ordered a porta-potty for a family outing and it never showed. No response from this company to either emails or phone calls. There better be a prompt refund or they will be hearing from my attorney. Don’t waste your time with these clowns... hire someone LOCAL to you .

The people I talked to on the phone were amazing. They were extremely helpful in giving me an invoice and explaining the logistic of delivery. Once they have your money they are terrible with customer support. They tell you that they’re department is only for sales and they would request an ETA with other departments or transfer you around to different numbers over and over. I was hung up on, put on hold indefinitely and am yet to hear anything back after I have been told by multiple employees that I would receive a call. Current update over a week later: They service staff is still terrible. We had agreed on a service date and that date has come and gone by 2 days. When I try to contact customer support I am again bounced around until I am either hung up on or told I will receive a call back that never comes. I had issues with getting the unit delivered which in hindsight was foreshadowing the ridiculously terrible service on normal standards, let alone during the pandemic where hygiene is at the upmost priority. This isn’t a case of backorders or extreme call volume, this is a scam.

Used this service twice. First time, everything for the most part was okay. Second time the charged an extra $200, claiming we were 2 tons over the allotted weight. This is complete nonsense. The 2nd dumpster was fill with similar materials as the first and to the same capacity. There’s no way it was 4000 pounds more. The receipt isn’t itemized, their customer service sucks and they’re own employees aren’t even on the same page.
