Customer service was great, receiving potty services was awful, put me in a stressful situation. Discount should be applied due to late services. Had to call supervisor.

This is my second review. The first one, I was asked to change after the regional manager contacted me to resolve a horrible customer service experience. This review will not change and as a result I do not expect anyone to reach out. After attempting to have a port a john delivered to my site for several days ( after having been made promises that it should be there now). I finally received the equipment on June 12th. On June 9th, I was charged the first month and installation fee. I was charged that amount once again on June 15th. Instead of just allowing the first charge to process through the bank, they just charged a completely new one. I did reach out to the regional manager, no call back. And the only way I was able to reach someone in billing was to press the sales prompt. Today June19th I have had the equipment for one week. This morning, I was charged my next month's invoice. Now, I have never known a week to turn into a month. I just paid for my first month on June 15th. I will be reaching out for a refund and to cancel my order this morning. I am hopeful they will comply as their practices look far from appropriate and may need investigation by the BBB>

I made the mistake of signing up for ASAP when they were known as Arwood waste management a bit over a year ago because I was fed up with Waste Management knocking over my trash cans and refusing to pick up anything that wasn't in the bin. Arwood was slightly more but at the time they had good ratings so I figured they'd have better service. Turns out they just resell you Waste Managements service. Same trash cans, same trucks, same everything except you're paying more. Then the price went up. I called up to ask why and when they didn't have a good excuse I tried to cancel and was given reasons why they couldn't. I've tried cancelling the service multiple times now and I've noticed that their rating has plummeted. Now they're calling themselves ASAP site services. I thought maybe the new management would be able to cancel my account and they were polite and said I was cancelled and then today I get another bill. These guys operate like criminals! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! You'll have better luck getting out of your gym membership! I'm about to contact my credit card to dispute these charges. I'm sure they're going to give me a lot of grief because I don't have a paper trail saying the account was cancelled but at this point I'm fed up. I'd rather walk my trash to the landfill than pay them another cent.

Customer Service is great. Getting my order in was extremely easy and I enjoyed talking to the SCR. Deliver was very prompt, and efficient. Will use again for future events.
