I ordered the dumpster for a Tuesday and it came on Wednesday. They said it would be picked up the following Monday and it was picked up Tuesday. I think it would be easier to directly deal with a local company rather than use a "middle man."

Customer service was perfect, delivery was within 24 hours. I will be using their cleaning services for an undetermined time frame since we have an empty lot.

Absolutely horrible service! Extra $100 travel charge a day before delivery. They deliver 2 days late and hold up my project. Say they will pick up but never did! Container is still onsite 2 days after. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Never will use them again!

The process of placing an order online was simple and easy. The delivery was stressful. We were informed it would be delivered on Monday, and received a call on Monday to confirm our delivery. We confirmed, but were told it needed to be confirmed by the person who will be on site receiving the delivery. The person on site called to confirm and was placed on hold immediately after the call was answered. After having to call 3 times, and having been placed on hold for 30 minutes, the on site person finally requested not to be placed on hold again, as we were only confirming the order. The order was finally confirmed. It is stressful to be placed on hold for a long period of time without any explanations.

I called and ordered a flushable portable toilet and 2 hand washing stations. A few weeks later ASAP contacted me saying there were no flushable toilets available in my area. I changed my order to a portable toilet trailer and 1 hand washing station. A few weeks later ASAP contacted me saying there were no hand washing stations available. ASAP also said there was some confusion regarding my order and it was never booked. After a lengthy discussion my order was booked on their computer system. After ending the call I received an email confirmation of my order with the wrong delivery date. I called back and ASAP said they are having an issue with inserting the correct date in their system and they reassured me that the delivery would occur on the date we discussed. Thankfully my trailer was delivered on time. However, due to the order hassles I had to deal with I will never order from ASAP again.
