ASAP Site ServicesReviews of asapsiteservices.com

This company is great! Awesome customer service and I love their website. Easy to order! My first order was a porta-potty for our open house this year, and then ordered another one for our open house next year. Plus, I just ordered and had a dumpster delivered for our home to clean up a barn/yard removal. The delivery driver was great. Placed it right where I wanted and answered all my questions. I will continue to order products and services from this company. I highly recommend them!

delivery of portable toilet 2 days late

Arrived early on the day expected, polite employee. Rental was easy and fast.

Rented a dumpster through the website which was very user friendly. Was a little concerned at first, because communication confirming the rental came a few days after the payment was withdrawn from my account. However, the company that handled my dumpster and the driver, Joey, made the whole experience positive. Would suggest a personal connection in addition to a generic confirmation email.

Overall it was okay. I was charged an additional $50 for the delivery because they called and said that the portable toilet needed to travel from farther than the initial location I chose to order from. The toilet was also delivered the day before I had requested it and that was quite inconvenient as I ordered this for my wedding at a rental location. I also paid for the toilet to have toilet paper and they only supplied 1 roll so that was a bit disappointing. The toilet was very clean though and had the hand sanitizer that I paid for as well, so it all worked out, it was just very expensive and they do not deliver or pick up on the weekend.

Great service! Quick and easy. Delivery was on time and with a smile. Will use again.

I was billed for one year of services on April 2, 2020 for the amount of $668.58; then subsequently billed $74.26 on April 17, and again billed $185.18 on April 24th (billed me for an invoice that had been paid in full). Today, the local company they subcontract with DID NOT PICK UP my trash and left me a phone number to call. I did at which point they informed me that their $81 QUARTERLY invoice HAD NOT BEEN PAID and they have been unable to get a hold of ASAP Site Services (Arwood Waste) and so my trash pickup service is SUSPENDED. Called customer service and the only option was to leave a message. Do yourself a favor, do your research and go with ANY OTHER COMPANY other than this one. Overbilled me and DID NOT REMIT PAYMENT to the sub. My trash is still sitting outside. Initial service setup was far from decent; all around a REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE.

Ordered a Porto about 2 weeks prior for delivery on 10/16/20 and got confirmation of delivery the day prior and the Porto never showed up. The 24/7 communication and text line is a joke to say the least. The best I can say is the district manager did call me whenever I finally got in touch with them and reported the issue and offered my my full refund and his apologies. I’m not gonna say you shouldn’t use this company but I will say get as many details as possible including names and locations of the people you speak with and the Unit you’re requesting.
