Horrible Service. Ordered a 20 yard dumpster and a portable john. PAID IN ADVANCE! Promised Monday delivery. Got changed to Tuesday. They don't have 20 yard dumpsters! But yet took payment and delayed refund. Tuesday night and still no portable john! No communication other than it is on its way. But they do have payment.

I still have not received the porta john by the end of the day on 11-17 that was to be delivered on 11-16. My crew has now gone two days without a restroom. I have already paid for the week. I will be making another call to get a refund. I hope it shows up tomorrow 11-18.

They sent a contractor lien notice to our customer. We paid for the dumpster in advance and in full. They didn’t pick the dumpster up when I requested pick up and charged me for the extra days they left it at our job site. Called in a couple of times about bills I got from them and no one would answer my questions until the last time I called in because they kept sending bills for different things!

We needed port-a-potties in a jiffy. I actually spoke with 2 service agents: (Kristen?) and Veronica - both we very helpful and eased my craziness at the time of order :) The delivery was smooth (and earlier than expected - a plus!) and the units were clean. We would definitely use this service again, thanks again from Family Practice & Counseling Network!

Phone customer service was amazing. Communication great. Delivery driver very friendly but did wear a mask.

I placed an order for a portable toilet to be delivered on a Friday, it was supposed to be delivered on that following Monday and no delivery. I called and was not able to get a live person or a call back after I left a message. Called Tuesday and they said it was out for delivery. It is now Wed. and still no delivery. I called and was placed on hold so they could call dispatch and they said it should have been delivered. They were going to try to get a hold of their delivery person and call me back. 3.5 hours later no call back, no toilet, I called again to cancel the order and they guy said he doesn't even see an order in the system, but he would figure out how to cancel it. Horrible service all the way around! DON'T Waste your time with ASAP, because that is one thing they are NOT.
