We are new customers. We have placed three orders so far and have been very pleased with the phone personnel and the delivery service. So far, we would definitely recommend them and they have become our go to portable toilet company. The company we were using was a huge name brand company, but we could never get the customer service we neeeded.

Didn’t make my delivery date. Said your only in that area on Thursday’s. Should have told me that when I ordered it. But somehow you could have delivered on time but it would have cost me another $170. Not good business

Approach with caution when hiring this company. As a precaution, if you place a work order and you call back to make any changes, be prepared you will be charge full price along with any additional charge. I was able to get refunded back 50% of my money after pointing out to their customer service department the terms of their cancellation policy written in their contract. It is difficult to reach someone in customer service. I would suggest, despite not having a great customer service department, you base your review of this company based on the serive they provide unbiasly.

Highly disappointed with the customer service. We are in Texas just coming out of a humanitarian crisis. We are a nonprofit that supports the community and we didn't have plumbing due to the storms. Our plumbing came back the day we were supposed to get our Porta Potty and there was NO mercy. They still were adamant that we had to pay full price when we know well that they will just sell it again. No mercy or support to a local nonprofit during a crisis. We hope your $200 was worth putting a small nonprofit out.

I ordered a porta-potty for the work crew to use during the remodeling of my house. It was a one-day delivery, for which they charged extra!! It should have been here today, but they now say it will be here tomorrow. We'll see! Then after giving me a quote, they added the one-day delivery fee AND a winterization fee and this is Las Vegas, NV it's in the 60's and 70's for heaven's sake!!!! Today, I called and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said it was being delivered today. I needed it yesterday! And I am getting little or no refund. They said that delivery today was authorized. I did not authorize that. I wanted and needed it yesterday. Now they also are saying that I can't cancel the order within 24 hours of delivery. But it wasn't delivered!

The delivery was on time as stated. The driver was friendly and helpful with placing item in a safe and secure location. I would recommend this Co. to friends and family. Pricing is right on!!
