GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I forgot to order ahead, went online, did a same day order. These guys delivered my unit in a few hours, calling ahead, keeping me updated. The driver/delivery man was very professional, extremely polite. He put the toilet exactly where I wanted it and explained the weekly procedure. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service, they answered the phone quickly and worked with me on getting a unit out there within a day. They did pull through would recommend using and highly likely to use again.

I had to call them to find out when the dumpster would be delivered because it did not show up on time - 5 days late. Then I had to call them to get them to pick it up because they never showed up on the agreed upon date. And then they try to charge me for their lack of timeliness. Oh, they also hide fees that are not disclosed. DO NOT USE THEM - TERRIBLE SERVICE.

This company charged my account for 3 months for a toilet that they did not deliver. A manager named Shea promised a refund of $958 but never delivered. This Florida company contracts through local smaller companies. It is far better for you to contract directly with local smaller companies that actually care about their customers.

Set up delivery date and agreed to price for 10 days at $861 for a 30 yard dumpster next day company calls and moves delivery date I agree three days later they call again and tell me that I can only have the dumpster for 3 days now for the same price and if I keep it longer its $45 per day fee and if I exceed weight its a $200 fee I will not use again service sucks.

I was supposed to take delivery 01/19/2021 of portable toilet for workers at job site and it never arrived after waiting until 8pm. Workers were extremely frustrated and upset with me for not having a toilet. After calling customer service they gave me no information on when nor why it wasn't delivered. I paid for their services upfront 2 days ago and was promised a delivery of early 01/19/2021. Not a great start for a company trying their services for the first time.
