I cancelled this service and not only was I charged for the entire price I was charged DOUBLE. When I went to see what was the problem and why we were charged twice I received no response to an email and phone call to this company. Unprofessional, non-responsive, would not use again.

You did a great job .

Their communication was horrible and never delivered what they promised. Each time I tried to talk with someone, I was transferred to another department and then several times, I was disconnected. Once connected, I was promised a delivery and pick up and it did not happen. After getting on the phone with ASAP, I was told they were sorry for the mix up and that it would be taken care of right away. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The driver and company they contracted with arrived six hours later and then lied about contents in the container and refused to take it. It took another 48 hours to get a hold of someone and the problem still did not get fixed. We ended up hiring another company and paying a lot extra for an expedited trip instead of working with ASAP. Will never recommend them and I will advise all family, friends and co-workers to stay away. Poor management, poor customer service and poor representation of the company.

I looked for a company to work with us with exceptional Customer Service. I found it with ASAP Site Services. Especially in our time of grief. Our Celebration of Life in Willis H. Willoughby Park Summerfield was what was envisioned even during a pandemic with our Guests feeling comfortable with lavatories on the premises. Thank you.

Great customer service when called representative, website was really easy to use and place my request. Company was able to assist me whit renting a unit for my event.

ASAP provided timely and excellent service. They were unable to deliver the size of dumpster ordered but sent a larger one for no additional charge. They picked it up on time and contacted us prior to arriving. Customer service reps were pleasant and helpful.

excellent service all around easy to work with the customer rep to place an order for the dumpster. The customer rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. The dumpster arrived one time. The driver was very courteous and helpful in getting the dumpster where I would like it to be. Pickup was right on time. Would highly recommend these professionals to anyone needing their expertise.
