Catrridge was not accepted by my Epson printer. On line help was promise in 5-10 minures....never came!!!! Finally I was told to return the cardridge at my expense. I was able to contact a person , in India I think, that told me to trash the failed cartrige and he would send a replacement. Let's hope I get it and it works, please hurry. Tom Hubbard

Hello, were sorry about this recognition issue that you had with the Epsons, usually this can be resolved quickly (see http://support.uni-kit.com/customer/portal/articles/1667136-solving-over-95-of-all-inkjet-cartridge-issues-print-quality-or-cartridge-not-recognized-or-leaking-issues?b_id=1362) I see from our internal communications with you that a return is not needed, we already sent you replacements on Oct 24, please let us know if they worked out for you.

Ordered my cartridges and I gottem quick. They always work even though my Epson tells me the cartridges aren't 'genuine Epson cartridges' and makes it a hassle to get rid of the error message. Well, service was fine, received the order within a few days. Only problem is my printer would not accept the remanufactured yellow cartridge. In all fairness I should say, it could be my printer. Altho the cartridge was very hard to place in the opening and I have used remanufactured before and I always got the printer message that the cartridge was foreign, but could still be used...no message this time, printer would not let me use the cartridge.
