Hi charley let me tell you about the stupid deal I did with ASAP Inkjets. I ordered 5 cartridges and then thought what a good deal this is, as the black one worked very well and so I ordered some more of the same. Then I tried to use them, black seemed ok then I tried the yellow and it would not fit, I called the company and I think I went to India. Ok take pictures of the cartridge and send it to us and we will send another one, OK I did it. And said put it in the same order that is coming., OK they said in five days. When it came the cartridges would not fit and appeared as if the had all been filed down and had no groves in them. I called India again and got cut off time and time again and waited 17 minutes before I got to speak with the man who was sending my replacement yellow one in with my second order. I told him what was wrong and he said that I was not pushing in the cartridge hard enough and to do it again. So stupid me did it and the machine said damaged cartridge and would not work. Now I cannot get the machine to work at all because I have damaged the head or something even though I have put back the empty ones. Contacted India again and was told that none of the cartridges would fit and to send them back and get back my money. I was told I needed a return order number and they would send it in 24 hours but do not send back cartridges that have been opened. Needless to say I have not heard a word and sending the order back with out all of the cartridges in it is tantamount to being set up for them not to give me a return credit by the looks of things or to take a long time and hope that I go away.
