Not happy right now. Still haven't received RMA for wrong ink accidently ordered. Tried to use the return process and haven't had any luck getting a response. Can't use what I have. Still trying.

slow delivery ....amazon is better in delivery and price

Received order of ink in timely manner. Shipping tracking did not work. One of the inks leaked and one isn't recognized by the printer. Do not know what ASAP will do for me as this review came before they responded haven't tried the rest of the cartridges yet. We will see.....

A couple of the cartridges for my printer had leaked ink into the plastic bag it was shipped in. Left ink on my hand while handling them. It washed off but not easy. Am hoping the leaky cartridges won't be a problem while in use.

You have to be careful - the ink comes out somewhat. Got it on my fingers before I knew it! But good print though.

I found the package of inkjet cartridges on the porch when I came home. It was in the 30's yesterday, so I have no idea of how long the box sat on the porch, or whether freezing weather would have any long term effects on the output of the cartridges, print quality. The cartridges were into my Epson WF-2540 printer, the cartridges were charged, the print heads cleaned, and the inkjet nozzles adjusted. The printer was never able to print anything but very light copies, no matter how dark the setting was adjusted to on the printer. So I can't tell whether the cartridges were good from the point of origin, or simply defective. The cartridges that came out of the printer, worked just fine, all that anyone could hope for and were producing quality copies until they ran out of ink.

All four of the ink cartridges were recognized by by my printer with no problem. But now the problem. The Cyan cartridge will not print. I have tried cleaning it several times in the printer and out with solvent but all I get when I clean it with solvent is one time print then back to no print. The price was good but not worth any more of my time trying to fix it. I guess the refilled cartridges I should stay away from. I think the Cyan cartridge must have been sitting around for some time before I ordered.
