I realize you moved to So Cal but it still should only take one day to receive my shipment to Nor Cal. I have been a customer since you were in Rocklin and the shipping then was super fast. No longer is this the case. One of the sensors fell off one of the cartridges and I had to find it and put it back on. Luckily it worked. This was after ink flying everywhere when I pulled the tape off the cartridges. I actually had to do it in the sink as to contain it. All of my invoices depending on this ink so I could get paid from my clients so needless to say I was none too pleased. I have been a customer for years and for the first time I'm considering looking elsewhere for my printer needs.

Package was delivered when expected and packaged properly. This is the first time I have used ASAP Inkjets and am very happy with them. I will continue to use them for future purchases.

I ordered one black cartridge and three colors; one cyan, one magenta, and one yellow. The magenta would not click into place. It was stiff to put into its slot in the printer (the empty clicked in and out just fine). I had no other so I needed to make it work. I compared it to the empty I had just removed and thought I could see a little difference. It was bulkier on one side. I filed it a little. It seemed better. I filed it again and it now works. I don't trust it, however. For a long time I've had good luck in the past. I think I'll just always keep spares of every cartridge.
