Michael, our mats are intentionally cut approximately 1/4 inch smaller than the image size entered so the artwork has enough overlap and does not fall through the opening. The resulting opening size is shown throughout the ordering process, including the product, cart, checkout, and order confirmation pages. If the mats you received differ from the measurements shown on your order, please email your order number and photos showing the measurements to [email protected] and we’ll gladly review them.

Arrived damaged
I ordered over $500 in frames for my living room gallery and was really excited to receive my order. Delivery was right on time. Everything was packaged really well, so I was surprised to find one severely scratched and the other had a broken fastening and chunks missing out of the cork board. I’m hoping they will send replacements and will update review at that time. Update: my damaged frames were replaced and looked great! I’m really happy with the anti-reflective acrylic.

We’re sorry two of the frames arrived damaged. A replacement has already been processed and should be shipping within the next 1–2 days. We hope the replacements arrive safely and in perfect condition.

The shipping was fast and the frame well packed. It was a beautiful frame with real glass. It was to frame an auction donation, and was very popular. Ordering another one for myself. Thanks!

Poor packaging or shipping
Wasn't going to say anything but i continue to get request for my feedback but the frame showed up broke across the top 24" edge. I glued and repaired it since i needed it in a timely manner.

We’re sorry the frame arrived broken across the top and that you had to repair it yourself because you needed it right away. Even though you were able to make it usable, that’s not how the frame should have arrived. Great hot pink mat!
I purchased this mat because I was unable to find a hot pink mat anywhere else. It was the perfect shade for my colorful print. The only minor issue was that ordering a white mat online is a bit of a guessing game. It’s impossible to tell the difference between White, Cream and Super White. I should have chosen White to match the white frame better. Maybe a description of the shades of white would help.
