Marilyn, we’re glad being able to preview your painting made choosing the frame easier. We’re sorry the hanging hardware was more difficult to install than expected and that the screw guides didn’t work properly with the flat brackets. We appreciate you pointing this out and will share the feedback with our team.

We’re glad you’re pleased with the frame itself. This order included a sawtooth hanger, although it is not attached to the frame before shipping. If the hanger was missing from your package, please email your order number to [email protected] and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.

Deborah, we’re glad the ordering and delivery experience went well, but we’re sorry the glazing arrived scratched despite the protective film. Please email your order number and a clear photo showing the scratch to [email protected] so our team can review the issue and help with the appropriate resolution.

We’re glad the product itself arrived safely, but we’re sorry the package wasn’t left at the requested location and created an unnecessary difficulty for you. We appreciate you calling this out, especially given the mobility concern and the clear delivery instructions.

We’re sorry two of the frames arrived damaged. A replacement has already been processed and should be shipping within the next 1–2 days. We hope the replacements arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Diana, we’re glad the custom measurements, pricing, and finished frames all worked out so well. We’re sorry removing the sticker from the glass created extra work and made you uncomfortable handling the pane. We appreciate the specific suggestion about placing that label somewhere easier to remove.

We’re glad the frames arrived quickly, look good in the space, and that the lighter weight works well for where you’re displaying them. We appreciate your feedback about the backing coming loose during handling, and it’s great to hear the anti-glare acrylic was worth the upgrade for you.

Chuck, we’re glad you’re pleased with the finished piece and especially happy to hear our customer service team took good care of you. We appreciate your note about the reproduced image appearing slightly darker than the original and are glad the overall result still looks good.
