Cara, we’re sorry the mat opening wasn’t what you expected. Our mats are intentionally cut approximately 1/4 inch smaller than the entered image size to provide the overlap needed to hold the artwork securely. This is noted on the product page, when adding the item to the cart, and again in the cart and order confirmation. If the mat you received differs from the measurements shown on your order, please email your order number and a photo of the measurements to [email protected] and we’ll gladly review it.

Jim, we’re sorry the museum glass didn’t perform as you expected. A replacement has already been processed for you. If you still notice significant reflections with the replacement, please make sure the glass is facing the correct direction, as reversing it can affect the anti-reflective performance. We hope the replacement gives you the result you were expecting.
