I was grateful to find a company that could do very unusual matting. So it was exciting to find Art to Frame. however, upon ordering it online I was told I was going to pay $13.95 for shipping on my checkout screen when I put in my credit card said that it would be a Mail piece. But I started getting emails that I should be picking it up in the East Coast when I live in the West Coast. I knew there was a glitch so I started calling and emailing to find out how to resolve and get my mat. So after a week and a half, I finally got it resolved and it got mailed out another “however”. I contacted the company and they said that it was mailed, but it did not arrive at my house so I had to start investigating where it went and eventually, I found it at a neighbors address. Needless to say, I’m not so sure I would work with them again.

The incorrect pickup information, the time it took to get the shipment corrected, and the package ultimately being delivered to a neighbor made what should have been a straightforward order far more difficult.
