My experience with art to frames was terrible. The man reason being customer service. I accidentally typed the numbers of my address wrong so my order was not able to be delivered and it had to be returned to them so that the address could be corrected and the frames re-sent. The customer service was terrible, not helpful at all. From the date I initially placed my order to the day I received it was about 6 weeks. And they charged me the full $60 for shipping twice. That is not good customer service. Once my initial order was returned to them, it took around 2 weeks for them to send it again, still at full cost. When the frames finally arrived they were low quality and not worth the cost. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Frame arrived without the print and I need it for an exhibition. Disappointed!!!!!

I ordered what I believe is a fairly expensive frame and double mat from Art to Frames. The frame arrived and one of the three sides of gold beading around the frame was just a big long blurry gold line, which is horribly noticeable and makes the frame not only look obviously defective, but incredibly cheap. Reaching out for help was beyond frustrating because every avenue they list on their site was not functioning (chat, email, call) - no answer or no response for days. After assuming I was now scammed out of a few hundred dollars for a crap product, they ironically reached out by email to ask for a Google Review. I reviewed honestly (you asked for it, you got it!) and shocker! Got a response from the review and an ask to email their customer service. I thought, "ok, maybe we can get this resolved and I will update my review". I am now about six emails into this farce of a resolution and even more angry at this company because their behind the review response is to try to suggest I forgot to take part of the protective cover off or that hand made items have "slight abnormalities". When pressed, the "solution" was to offer me a small store credit for shipping the item back as their return policy does not cover shipping. My point here is, I would not need to return this if it weren't defective, that should be on them to cover as the reason for the return is their poor quality control before sending out a product. Why would I accept a small credit, have to pay to ship this back, and then have to risk getting another crappy product and go through this all over again? I highly suggest avoiding this company and putting your hard earned dollars pretty much anywhere else if you want to receive a quality frame and true customer service.

Exceptionally, poor customer service with a mat that was misized for the artwork. The system had generated a recommended size, which is followed, after uploading an image. turned out that it was an eighth of an inch too large of a cut size. and because of this, I was unable to gift someone the art that I bought for them timely. Reached out to the company to let them know of the discrepancy, and they basically called me a liar. Disgraceful.

If you are looking for a frame and thinking of ordering from Art to Frames beware that you will face adversity and financial hardship if you need to return the product back for either something they messed up on or just because it wasn't what you were expecting. They will falsely claim that it was your fault and charge you shipping and then the "your fault" charge on top of that.

I found this company after a lot of searching for affordable matting to fit the large size of frames 24x24 I had with the small 8x8 sizing photo sizes I needed cut to order for 6 frames. Everywhere I searched wanted $50 each, but Art to frames did 6 for $120! Amazing price in my opinion. One mat came with a few dimples in the mat, and they replaced it extremely fast! Amazing customer service, quality product, and fast delivery! I will shop here every time I need photography supplies.
