Poor Quality Ordered a wood frame, and received a plastic wood-look-a like despite increased price. Poor quality. Tried to return, but the return process is so cumbersome and costly, it is not worth my time or energy. Stick to black or white frames, then you won't be disappointed. (my first two orders were acceptable.) Also, one of the other frames was incorrect size. Once again, return process not realistic.

When I ordered the frames, I thought they were wood. They are not and seem to be a paperboard covered with a faux wood plastic (?) coating. The hanger is one of those 1" wide metal plates with the serrated edge. Seems very cheap and not a good way to hang frames since they easily get crooked. Disappointed in the quality.
