Find a frame to match the broken one
I appreciated very much the chance to choose the details of a frame's dimensions because I wanted to match an existing frame. What I got wasn't an exact match, but close enough. The old frame had a hanger at the top that was attached with screws, more secure, I expect, than the one supplied with the ArtToFrames frame.

Bruce, we’re glad the customization options helped you find a close match for your existing frame. Your frame should have included a sawtooth hanger, which is designed to hold this frame securely and is often easier to position on the wall than a wire hanger. We do offer additional hanging hardware options on our website for customers who prefer a different setup.
