We’re sorry the original frame arrived broken and that the replacement process was frustrating. Our records show the replacement was issued on September 13, shipped on September 15, and delivered on September 19. We’re glad the frames look lovely and that everything fits well. We also appreciate your feedback about how difficult the heavily taped and stapled packaging was to open safely. We want the frames protected during shipping without making unpacking unnecessarily difficult.
