The mat was not the right size & so I still can’t hang my art - it was off by like 2cm the entire way around. The frame is good quality and arrived quickly. It looks as advertised.

We’re glad you’re happy with the quality of the frame, but we’d like to clarify the mat sizing. The size entered on the order was an image size of 42.75 x 24.5 inches, and as noted on the product page, checkout, and order confirmation, the mat opening is cut approximately 1/4 inch smaller to hold the artwork securely, resulting in an opening of roughly 42.55 x 24.25 inches. If the opening you received differs significantly from those measurements, please email your order number and a photo showing the measurements to [email protected] and we’ll gladly review it.

Great customer support and end result was perfect. I love my piece. It arrived in perfect condition via UPS. I had requested extra packing seeing as some customers were complaining about receiving damaged packages.

I ordered a frame that came in a large box with no padding, and it was broken. I immediately text Art to Frame, and they said they would send a new frame out tomorrow and they did.

I have ordered with them in the past without incident but today, they slipped an unauthorized upcharge in shipping into the order, at the penultimate step, without getting permission, and after quoting the order with the lower-priced shipping option. This kind of deceptive practice is unethical! I composed an email directly to them to let them know that wasn't appreciated and whaddya know, their system rejected the email!! WOW. So now AI is screening their customer service emails and not permitting them to even see notes from unhappy customers! The Emperor has no clothes! Disgusting! I am really disappointed.
