ArtsyReviews of artsy.net

Artsy is the best app to browse gallery shows and learn about emerging artists. It's addictive! I could scroll for hours. I love being able to follow new artists and then get notified as new works become available. Their Editorial team is top-notch—they allow me to feel like I have a real pulse on the art market. I've discovered so many new artists that later become huge thanks to Artsy. My budget is low, so many of the works are out of range, but the one work I bought through Artsy is one of my favorites. Highly recommend.

I've purchased several works on Artsy and couldn't recommend this platform more. Artsy is THE place for the world's art. Once you find your artwork on the platform, you can transact with a gallery offline or purchase directly on Artsy.

I've been following Artsy for years and they just keep getting better and better. Artsy helps me keep track of my favorite artists—and I love their articles about contemporary artists and the art market. I even got my first artwork in one of their benefit auctions. Thanks Artsy. Def recommend!

Artsy has been a great resource as a discovery tool for new artists as well as connecting me with galleries. I’ve inquired about several works in which I’ve bought through the platform over the past 2-3 years. I do wish that shipping was a little bit easier

Bought a work through auction, really enjoyed the whole process. Easy and simple. Wish I could buy more works directly instead to through inquiry.

Absolutely awful customer service. It's now 3 months the end of their online auction, 2 months since I had to pay to package my item and I still haven't been paid! It takes weeks for them to respond to emails. The worst level of customer care. I would not trust this company, and would urge anyone to not sell anything through them.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are a total scam. The merchandise is nothing like what they advertise and very cheaply made. Read all the fine print. Measurements, type of material. Etc. That’s how they get you! They don’t stand by any of their products or services. Nothing good will come to people/companies that do people dirty like this.... but just don’t order from these scammers. If a customer is not satisfied with the product, it should be returned and refunded. But they are a perfect example of bad business, bad character and scammers Report them to BBB.

After failing to deliver 3 items of art after 6 months Artsy has attempted to fall back on small print in their terms and conditions claiming they are not responsible for non delivery. I am still awaiting my refund ... Artsy is not to be trusted ... I will never deal with the company again.
