Positive Artsy experience from beginning to end. Artsy does an excellent job at being proactive. Their client support is non-abrasive and ready to help. This has become my one stop art shop. Keep up the great customer service!

They roped me in with a discount for a year subscription where I could cancel out after a year. Now they are going back on their word. I knew there was a 3 month fee if I cancelled within a year, but now they are telling me after waiting the year out that I need to go for another year or I will get the cancellation fee. They are dishonest and not very helpful. I have been busy this year and uploaded a lot of art, but got very little help with what to do with my art. Be aware of the sleazy small print rules they refuse to tell you about when you subscribe to this service. They help you in the first week, but then disappear throughout the year once they have you locked in.

I bought a limited edition print that was supposed to be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Didn't receive it with the print, but after inquiring, received a PDF of certificate quicklyi.
