Everything went good, but there was a problem with my address, but I think maybe it was not well done from the gallery . But artsy is very efficient and I feel secure .

Artsy.net seemed to be a decent place to list our pieces that were purchased in The past. We were not anxious to get rid of them, but we were interested in moving the funds from those art pieces to another appreciating asset. Artsy did not do a good job communicating or marketing. They undervalued our work(we had others appraise for thousands more) and in turn did not get us anywhere close to what we needed/wanted. We sold 40k of art work for 12k and they acted as if they did us a favor. If you are looking to sell high end pieces, I would recommend finding another auction. We feel sold. Not helped. They wanted a quick buck, and we helped them get it. They completely over-promised and under-delivered. Their resolution? About $500. This does not account for the thousands of dollars we lost on selling with this platform.

Customer service is timely and honest.

I ordered my first work then learned they made a mistake and the work was sold already. They did not unblock my card. Then I ordered another work, second block on my card, then got the message that there was a standard bank decline. And they asked me to order for a third time in another account. That made me really suspicious. Do not recommend to use this platform.

Quick response to bid and excellent follow up to delivery of purchase.

I had placed an offer on a piece, but it looks like it may have not actually been available as my bid was cancelled. Shortly after, Isabel Telonis reached out asking if I might be interested in looking for anything else. I let her know that my sites were really set on something from the same series by the artist and she was able to find 2 unlisted pieces. I loved one and was able to purchase it. There was an issue with the shipping cost being higher than anticipated, but Isabel was able to go back and have it shipped a different way, drastically reducing the fee (several hundres saved). Isabel was so helpful and quick in her responses and it was truly a pleasure to work with her!
