Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

From product to Customer Service everything was spot on.

Amanda was very helpful with our custom hardware order and it great in our new room addition.

The best shopping experience ever. They delivered a quality well made product and delivered excellent, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. It’s rare that you see this combination. Thank you!

The products are not cheaply made, and give you confidence that they will last a long time, probably longer then me. Instructions were a little skimpy, but I called their customer support and they were very helpful, and answered my questions. I also didn't have to wait forever for them to answer the phone.

We ordered 4 barn door sliders. Prior to the order being shipped our client changed the finish on 3 of them (choosing a more expensive finish). I called to see if the order could be changed - the lady I spoke with said she would check. Two days later she responded, five minutes after I received the shipping notification email. She then stated I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee, the shipping email showed only a 15% restocking fee. We ended up placing a second order for the 3 in another finish. Upon attempting to install the slides however, we discovered we were missing parts, we checked all seven of the boxes, we could barely complete three slides. UPDATE: We have since been contacted by a very friendly gentleman and are awaiting the replacement parts.

This barn door was EXACTLY what we needed to complete a Den update! Great process... excellent product... PERFECT. Would recommend to anyone.

Love, love, LOVE the hardware of our new barn door! Highly recommend Artisan Hardware.
