ARS/Rescue RooterReviews of ars.com

came out to fix leak, said it cost 600 and he said it was fixed, did not get fixed and called again and someone came out and tried to fix it ,, again, did not get fixed, called for two more appt, both did not show up or call,, had to have it fixed by someone else who fixed it first try,

I have had good experiences with ARS in the past, but I was disappointed this time. I called as a follow up to an issue I had in February, which ARS helped me address. I was therefore disappointed that the plumber arrived unprepared, without a snake camera or a suffioiently large snake to clear my blocked drain. The visit was a waste of both of our time. I contacted another plumber to fix the issue.

Totally awesome repair people

The tech was professional, and assessed the problem in the first 10 min on site. The parts replaced cost less than $100 and the service fee was $69. The labor for what amounted to less than a 40 min fix was $911.

Technician was very professional and very knowledgeable about all of the equipment he was working on.

Service man was knowledgeable, he made recommendations for solving problem. He went extra far to get gas water heater. He made a great installation of appliance.

Service tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job, I thought the module I purchase Was very expensive. I also called the office this week and left a message for Service manager to call me about a potential issue with my drain line in my attic from the air handler and he never called me back. I’m trying to save a service call if possible.

The staff is always honest, friendly and helpful. I know if I call them they will be here quickly and get the job done with fair pricing and be honest.
