The salesman was very nice
The salesman was very nice, polite and informative. The installer was also very nice and polite. We were very happy with the service. And my husband loves the stair lift. Now I don’t have to worry about him, falling down the stairs.

Ethan are installer was…
Ethan are installer was professional,knowledgable and answered all my questions. I felt that he was very honest when I asked if I should remove the railing/I liked he gave me pros and cons. I never felt rushed when asking questions/and I ask a lot of questions/Ethan was very patient.

Good Install Experience and follow up
A very attentive, hard working installer. Took over 8 hours to install and there was a defect in the seat mechanism which was fixed by Tuesday of the next week. Overall very happy with the install and response to a malfunctio.n

In Home Elevator
We recently bought a house with an existing elevator and wanted someone to come out and service it. Chia was our guy and he was awesome!
