Tyler Oldham is highly recommended
Tyler Oldham was our sales rep. he did an excellent job on presenting the products and services. He's transparent, on time, and very courteous to deal with. Michael the installer was on time, and diligent. I highly recommend this company. We ended up with the Sannah chair with automatic swivel and couldn't be happier.

You Are in Great Hands with Arrow Lift
The gentleman from Arrow Lift who installed my Stannah stairlift was extremely courteous, kind, & polite. As he installed everything for me, he patiently answered questions & told my brother all about my new product. He cleaned up very well after himself once the installation was complete, too. I felt as if I was safely in the hands of a stairlift expert that entire time. To my surprise, my stairlift installer's real gifts came out when he explained the instructions for the new stairlift to my brother & my daughter. He is a fantastic teacher, in addition to being a stairlift installation expert. He is such an informative, polite, & wonderful individual in general. You know you are in great hands with Arrow Lift!!!

Church chairlift
Our church needed a new chair lift and we got an honest appraisal on our old one and Nate then came and explained our options. We asked many questions over a period of time and every one was answered completely and promptly. Arrow lift worked with us as we financed and ordered our new chair lift and installation was smooth and professionally completed. We are very happy with all the employees we dealt with and the quality lift recommended to us. It's a big improvement and well received.

Wonderful company with great employees
Arrow Lift quickly responded to my plea for help. Following my 2nd hip replacement, I realized when I got home from the hospital, that I wasn't going to make it up the 15 stairs to my bedroom and full bath. They came out 2 days later with the information and it was promptly installed. It really changed my life for the better. Everyone was kind and professional. A great experience for a great product!

A most pleasant transaction
Every step of my purchase went flawlessly. The salesman was right on time, brought various options, and answered all my questions thoroughly. There was no pressure, only helpful information to assist my selection. My installer was also right on time and ready to go. He explained the installation process and was fully prepared. When the installation was complete, he walked me through operation, care, and possible error codes. When he was done, I felt very comfortable with my ability to operate and maintain the system.

An install well done.
The install was prompt, The technician who did it was very competent and courteous, and the job he did was very well done. We are discovering new and pleasing things about our lift chairs as we use them, which is considerable. The technician even indicated that Arrow would check in after a while to see how the lift are operating.
