My sales person Charlie Babcock was awesome to work with! He helped me and my wife through this process. The installation was smooth, unfortunately they were a couple hours late on their arrival which caused some issues for me with time off from work.

Rewriting my review
Rewriting my review - although I was charged for service that was unable to happen a refund was provided after a "disgruntled" call to them.

They didn’t know that in Rossmoor you…
They didn’t know that in Rossmoor you must get a Walnut Creek permit for anything you do. And that is included in the price it made for some anxiety. The lift works well, but the back is sort of tilted toward me and it’s quite hard.

While a city-issued permit is almost never required to install a stair lift in a private residence, it sounds like in your case the HOA Board for Rossmoor Walnut Creek required what they call an "alteration permit." Unfortunately, these kinds of requirements can vary quite a bit between different communities, and it's not possible for us to review every client's HOA documents, but we do appreciate the frustration you must have felt. We also appreciate your feedback about the seat comfort and positioning. That’s not a typical concern, and we’d welcome the chance to take a closer look and see if any adjustments can be made to improve how it feels for you. Feedback on contractual maintenance received
The product is outstanding and the individual people are great. This review is of the contracted maintenance process. We signed a support contract to get a checkup twice a year and were told the support team would work with us on a suitable set of dates. Nobody every contacted us. I finally called them. We did get a review done (team was excellent, communication with the team AFTER the call was scheduled was great. There could have been more up front support.

The Unfinished job.…
The electrical hook up has yet to be connected. after a week of calling I can't get an appointment. maybe you can help. were at 1525 N Wishon Av, in Fresno, Ca. 93728. Qt 599 273 2827

Was ordered and installed quickly
Was ordered and installed quickly. Works well. Little problem with chair. Installation was good. Take out of old lift was way to expensive. $600.00 take out. Takeout/install only took 3 hours.

System operates at a great speed, but..
System operates at a good speed and it's easy to navigate, but the ride up and down is a bit bumpy as if the rail is not connected smoothly (especially as the chair approaches the top of the floor). We had a great tech install the unit and he explained everything in detail, so maybe I'm missing something, but it rides like there is some small obstruction or bump along the top portion of the rail unit. Still I'm happy with the purchase and the entire sales experience was terrific due to a great sales rep who was very detailed.
