Lemon in my living room
Aside from the whole sales and installation nightmare, while the technicians are very courteous, this lift has been repaired more times than I can count. It was installed 8 months ago, so it's still under warranty, but it is very seldom used and we end up calling for repairs almost every time we try to use it. Now that I need it, it's down AGAIN. Lemons happen and I think we got one. Last time it was a loose wire. Another time it was switches incorrectly set at the factory. Our church was looking at buying one. We told them to pass on this. Our builder who brought them in won't put them in anyone else's house. I'm going to be stuck with, and at some point, in, a $65000 piece of junk eating up my living room

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially given how important dependable access is when you need it. While we’re glad our technicians have treated you with courtesy, we understand that multiple service issues are incredibly discouraging. Experiences like this are not typical, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns forward. Our team came out yesterday to address the current issue, and we are committed to working through this with you to get your lift operating properly. We understand how important it is for your equipment to be reliable, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve the situation. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we look forward to helping move this in a better direction. Best regards, The Arrow Lift Team
