Terrific Ride
We worked with Charlie and found him to be considerate and helpful and his regular follow up much appreciated. The install went perfectly (not sure who to thank on that) and it rides like a dream. Thank you.

Great service all around
It was very easy to schedule a time for someone to come and give an estimate. When that person came, he was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining everything about the lift and what they would need to do to the home. The insulation went very smoothly and the worker took a lot of time with my parents explaining how to use the lift and what different functions there were and made sure they were comfortable with everything before he left.

Hi Joyce, Thank you for sharing such a kind and detailed review. We're so glad the whole process—from the estimate to installation—felt easy and informative for your family. It’s especially great to hear that our team took the time to ensure your parents felt comfortable and confident using the lift. That kind of peace of mind is exactly what we hope to provide. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if any questions come up down the road. Best, – The Arrow Lift Team

Professional installation
Professional installation; however, it took eight hours for a simple straight stairs. Product is functioning well (so far) with daily usage.

Thank you, Izak, for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that the lift is working well for your daily needs so far—that’s always encouraging to hear. We appreciate your patience with the longer installation time. Because your unit includes a retractable rail, which adds an extra layer of precision and setup needed compared to standard lifts, the installation took longer than a standard straight rail. That said, we understand it can feel like a long day, and we're grateful for your understanding. We do apologize if we did not communicate this in advance. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if any questions come up—we’re always here to help. Best regards, The Arrow Lift Team
