My salesman was awesome but when the installers showed up they didn't bring all the parts to install. They did install one unit and said it was ready to go but when I tried to use the chair today go up the stairs it stopped and kept beeping. They are supposed to be coming out to finish and fix it tomorrow.
Response from Arrow LiftJun 4, 2025
Dear Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that your experience with our salesperson was a positive one. We're sorry to hear there were issues during installation and that the first lift wasn’t working as expected when you tried to use it. That’s definitely not the smooth process we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to make it right. We believe that the issues you described were resolved when our Technician came out last week. That being said, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions going forward—we want to be sure everything is working exactly as it should. Best regards, The Arrow Lift Team
