Great platform for retail-style investment in properties that real families use.

Just like the other reviewers try to sell something you can't.They want other investors to buy your shares.They should buy back the shares of the houses that they promised a certain percentage.I've gotten 1 percent returns on my investment.I've been in for 2 and a half years now.Can't seem to sell anything.They want me to sell it on a secondary market.So other people can buy my shares in even more discounted rate.Just buy back the shares as a company.Take the hit that you misled people and start over again.Everyone gets a paycheck here, except for the investors.Skip it

Easy online investing with great monthly returns. I rate it my number one investment.

This is a great company to do business with, every month they send you a list of new adventures to invest in. If you should have any questions, they get back to right away. I am very happy with the way they do business.

Not as good returns as expected. But, it depends on the housing market. Maybe less fee would help. The non-housing products are great though.
