Arrived gives the average investor…
Arrived gives the average investor access to real estate investing. The returns on individual properties average dividends of about 5% (2% up to maybe 6.5%) while also building equity in the underlying house for investors. They also have a private credit fund opportunity that is averaging around 8.5% as of this review.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Awesome product! I've contacted Arrived.com's customer service several times. Quick response that make sense. The Arrived.com platform is cool. I've invested tiny little bits in lots of properties now. I love getting those monthly dividend payments.
